There are several different ways to register your child/children for this years holiday club. The easiest is to register online by clicking on the link on left to go to our online registration page. Registering online has the added advantage of knowing that your child has been registered successfully (you will get an email confirming your registration) and then we will endeavour to email you before the club starts with which small group your child is in.

Alternatively you could fill out a paper registration form. The paper forms can be downloaded from the link on the left. If you are downloading a form please make sure you print it double sided. Once completed the forms can be returned by post to Linlithgow Churches Holiday Club, Cross House, Linlithgow, EH49 7AL.

Early registration is recommended as spaces are limited and it helps us in our organization, but there may be an opportunity to just arrive on the first day of the club and fill out a registration form then.

We need to have full details of each child attending so you will need to fill out a separate form for each child you wish to register.
